When doing experimentation or feature management on Flagship, you need to target the right users at the right time. For example, you may want to deploy a new feature to your early adopters only. However, you may have a list of over a hundred early adopters.
In the targeting step, you can target a list of values when creating or editing a use case. There are 3 ways of doing this:
- Manually adding the values of the users you want to target (Users by ID or Key) in the Values field. These values (ID, email, and so on) allow Flagship’s Decision API to identify the users you want to target among all your users.
- Copying and pasting the values of the users you want to target (Users by ID or Key) in the Values field and pressing ENTER. Each value must be separated by a comma.
- Importing the values related to the users you want to target in a CSV file by clicking on the Import CSV icon at the edge of the field. You must fill in the first column only, so that all the values are taken into account.
